Who We're Looking For:

�? Experience Preferred: Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD.

?? Handling Challenges: Previous experience managing Challenging/Confrontational Behavior is a plus!

???????? Passion for Education: If you've got a heart for working with children and/or young people, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

�? Guiding Growth: Work closely with individuals and groups of students to ensure they stay on task and complete activities set by the teacher.

??? Addressing Needs: Tackle behavioural and special needs issues alongside the teacher, fostering a supportive classroom environment.

???�? Teacher's Right Hand: Provide invaluable support to the class teacher by helping to implement lesson plans, aims, and content.

?? Small Group Leadership: Lead small groups of students in defined activities, fostering engagement and learning. ??? Ensuring Safety: Provide unwavering support for individuals and groups of pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.

?? Individualized Support: Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans, tailored to each student's unique needs.

?? Building Bridges: Cultivate strong student-teacher rapport, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • ? Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • ?? Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • ?? Provide professional related references
