SEN TA - Autism Unit

Sanza Teaching is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support reception and year 1 classes within our alternative provision setting near Finsbury Park.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside reception and year 1 students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, verbal and non-verbal students. Your compassionate approach and commitment to inclusively will play a vital role in providing tailored support to each child, fostering their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans for students with SEN.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in classroom activities.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and progress.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure the individual needs of each student are met effectively.
