Are you a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Croydon? We are currently seeking a passionate educator to join one of our fantastic schools starting in September. Here are the details:

- Salary: £36,745 - £47,666
- contract: Permanent , full-time
- Start date: September 2024
About the Role: As a SEN Teacher, you will work closely with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Your responsibilities will include planning, delivering, and assessing lessons tailored to individual student needs. You’ll create an inclusive learning environment, collaborate with support staff and parents, and effectively manage student behaviour. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ lives.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching students with SEN.
- Strong understanding of SEND teaching strategies.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction.
- Proficiency in using assistive technology
