Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) Certification
• Current safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience

• Passion, commitment, and determination to elevate standards
• Innovative mindset, vision, outstanding planning, and organizational skills
• Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional requirements (preferred)
