Minimum Requirements

QTS or QTLS Certification
Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection credentials/knowledge and experience

Desired Candidate Traits:

Outstanding classroom leadership skills
Passion, dedication, and drive to elevate standards
Innovative thinking, vision, excellent planning, and organisational abilities
Experience with students with SEMH and additional needs (preferred)
Understanding of educational advancements
