Our client is a fast-growing production studio, forming part of an international group of studios, with great backing and ambitious plans for development. They produce content for some of the biggest names in the business, selling their popular titles internationally.  
 
They are looking for someone with a brilliant commercial and legal mind to play a central part in their next stage of growth.
 
This role is a pivotal hire for the business- they need a business partner, who can think on their feet and add value from day one.  You will have a strong commercial instinct and be a great person to have around.  You will be sitting with heads of the business, forging plans for growth and crafting deals for the next stage of expansion.  You will be talent and client facing. As such, they need someone who is a confident communicator and collaborator.
 
You will lead in the negotiation of complex production-related agreements, including development agreements, commissioning agreements, contributor deals, talent contracts, IP acquisition and license agreements and co-production/distribution deals, as well as overseeing the rights clearance processes.
