Senior Contracts Manager - - Office Fit Out & Refurb

• Live Role: Senior Contracts Manager
• Projects & Company: Office/Commercial fit-Outs, Main Contractor operating for 25+ years
• Location: Central London
• Previous Placements Within The Business ?
• Salary & Package: ((c.£80,000 - £95,000)) + Bonus +Travel allowance + Mileage (Home to Office) + Opportunities to progress within an established but expanding business.

Responsibilities: Oversee 2/3 projects ranging from £500,000 to £4m, collaborating closely with on-site managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Project or similar, is imperative. Strong emphasis on Health & Safety compliance, including RAMs and site audits.

Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience in office refurbishment and fit-out projects, proficient in M&E packages. Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal reporting
