Senior Estimator- Construction

Location: East Lothian.
Salary: Up to £80K depending on experience.

You will be joining a growing company & Estimating team to keep up with the enquiries coming in. If you are wanting to be part of creating something exceptional then you are in the right place. We take pride in our projects which are Home Extensions, Home renovations & our own property developments. Position: Senior Estimator.

This role primarily operates from the office, although occasional site visits are necessary during the estimation phase and construction.

Responsibilities:

Generate comprehensive estimates from architectural drawings. Complete tenders provided by external Architects. Obtain pricing for specialized orders required for the estimate. Conduct site visits prior to estimating. Utilize relevant software including Excel, Word, Autodesk DWG TrueView, and potential future estimating platforms. Maintain the master rates sheet with up-to-date rates in real time.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, and extensive knowledge of residential construction.
