Job Title: Solicitor  – Wills, Trusts, and Probate Department  
Location: Chester  
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with over 7 years of post-qualification experience to join an esteemed Wills, Trusts, and Probate team. This full-time position is based in Chester office, where you will have a diverse caseload, covering wills, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney.

About the Role: 
As a senior fee earner, you will work as part of the team under the guidance of the Head of the Department. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of Private Client Law, including wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, estate administration, tax, and Court of Protection matters. Handling complex cases with minimal supervision, you will actively contribute to the success of the firm.

What We’re Looking For:
An individual with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will not only have a solid background in the specified areas but also possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The candidate must have a vision for success with the drive to assist others to achieve their potential.
