Are you a Management Accountant looking to develop your finance business partnering skills? Perhaps you have a background in business partnering, looking to expland on that experience?

This Bedfordshire business is recruiting a Finance Business Partner. For the first three months, you will work from their offices, however, this will drop back to hybrid (3-4 days from the office) offering more flexibility. Their offices are also accessible from south Cambridge, Milton Keynes and Northampton).

The business specialises in high-value, low-volume products with extended lead times, adding complexity to the sales processes. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in driving sales initiatives forward.

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance and collaborating closely with the Senior Finance Manager, you'll oversee pricing, billing, and all finance-related matters, while managing a team member. Additionally, you'll forge strong connections with the Sales and Operations teams, external finance partners, and customers.

Your role will extend beyond facilitating financial transactions; you'll also serve as a liaison for finance companies and brokers, assisting customers in funding purchases while ensuring alignment with performance targets and forecasts.

But wait, there's more! You'll also provide support to the Senior Finance Manager in management accounting, group reporting, and cash flow forecasting, ensuring the financial operations run smoothly.

We're seeking a Part or Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA/ACA) or an experienced finance professional, capable of delivering insightful analysis and adept at fostering effective communication with colleagues and senior stakeholders.

Previous experience in commercial finance and exposure to or experience in business partnering is key.
