Senior Network Engineer

DK Recruitment are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our client on a 9 month contract basis who are a leading Internet Service provider going through an exciting period of growth. You will responsible for the ownership of the design and implementation of network solutions required by the business, while working to strict deadlines and being flexible to changing business requirements. The role also involves providing 3rd line support for diagnostics and resolution of network incidents, vendor and supplier engagement and mentoring of mid-level and graduate network engineers.

Location: Manchester (4 days per week WFH)

• Design and implementation experience requried.
• Advanced knowledge of L2/L3 routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS
• Minimum 6 years' experience working for an ISP in a project focussed role.
• Telco/ISP experience essential for this role.
