Job Role Summary:
They are seeking an experienced property manager to join their Portfolio Management team in managing residential properties for institutional and high net worth clients. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining properties to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, overseeing operations, maintenance, and client relations.
- Develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and financial reports for the property portfolio.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Respond to resident inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs.
- Monitor and report on property performance to portfolio clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in portfolio management (managing multiple properties for one landlord)
- Sound knowledge of the AST Housing Act.
- Ideally ARLA Qualified to Level 3 or IRPM, or working towards.
Package:
- Competitive salary range of £35k - £40k, dependent on experience.
- Discretionary bonus.
- ARLA qualification expenses covered.
- Immediate start preferred, but my client will wait for the right candidate.
