Exciting Opportunity: Procurement Officer – Defence Sector
Salary: Circa £35,000 (DOE)
Must be a British Citizen & be SC clearable

The Role: Join a leading organisation in the defence sector as a Procurement Officer. Collaborate with global suppliers to deliver world-class defence capabilities. Manage key commercial relationships and oversee the full life cycle of critical defence systems. Your Contribution:
  • Contract Management: Oversee supplier subcontracts, ensuring timely delivery and value.
  • Negotiation: Secure advantageous future pricing and manage new bids.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle daily challenges with determination and a collaborative spirit.
  • Communication: Maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assertiveness: Drive opportunities and maximise outcomes.
We Seek:
  • Experience as a procurement professional in a high-tech customer/supplier environment - aerospace/defence/automotive/precision technology manufacturing
  • Business qualification, procurement, or supply chain accreditations (or equivalent experience).
