A great opportunity to join a leading entertainment provider as a Senior Product Manager

THE COMPANY

The business is a leading entertainment provider specialising in lottery operations across Europe and predominantly in the UK. Partnered with over 40,000 retailers across the UK and turning over £8 billion plus each year, the business are in a great period of success. And they have recently taken on an exciting 10-year project which has incurred a substantial amount of growth opportunities across the business.

And they are seeking to hire a Senior Product Manager, to define the roadmap and support the growth of one of their key product offerings.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set the product vision and lead the development and execution of the annual product roadmap

  • Develop the business case for product change and projects

  • Defining business briefs for product-related communication, channel and customer experience requirements

  • Deliver product artefacts, defining KPIs and monitoring performance

  • Leading analysis for product and monitoring long-term performance trends

  • Support transformation of product and customer experience through retail and digital channels

  • Leading, coaching and developing junior team members

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong background in product management within the gaming/retail industry

  • Good stakeholder management and commercial expertise

  • Experience working with game design, mechanics and player insights
