We are working with a large Civil Engineering Contractor in recruiting for an experienced Senior QS to work on a Civil project in the North West. Based from their Warrington office, this role offers a hybrid working opportunity and the opportunity to join a National Contractor

You will have experience working on Civils projects previously, and you must be highly proficient with NEC and be confident in reviewing bespoke forms of contract. You will be skilled in the management of the commercial process on Civils projects, and must be able to work through contracts, carry out CVR's, contract administration, subcontractor management, subcontractor orders, weekly / monthly cost reviews, compensation events, and subcontract payments

This is a freelance / contract role for a period of c.6 months, with the possibility of extension

Hybrid working is on offer, with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office (in Warrington) per week
