As a result of being awarded a significant tender they are seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major Cat B Fit-Out project valued at £90M.in the heart of Mayfair

It is a high-end commercial build for a reputable client.

This is a flagship project for the business and will require an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with previous CAT B experience

The Role

- No2 on £100m+ Commercial

- Reputable Main contractor

- Mayfair London.

- Cat B Fit-out

Experience Required

-Cat B Fit Out Experience

-JCT Contract Knowledge

-Commutable to London

-Would have worked on large-scale fit-out projects previously is ideal but not essential.
