The minimum requirement PQE for this role is 10 Years PQE and you will need to have gained experience of working as part of a Legal 500 listed Real Estate team as you will be dealing with blue chip organisations, global clients, Top 10 law firms and household names from across the private & public sectors. 

Whilst this is a fee share model, it is unlike any other fee share in the market as you do not need to bring any work whatsoever, as all work is fed through for you and you do not need to deal with any business development or work generation. You will be charging out at London rates and taking home 30% of fixed fees brough in for the business. 

There is zero non-chargeable, zero admin and zero business development to deal with, so you can focus solely on fee earning and earning money for yourself with an uncapped earnings scheme. On top of this you have flexibility of when & where to work, many staff at the business take several weeks off during summer holidays to spend time with their kids & family. 

Partners & Head of Departments from some of the most recognisable law firms across the UK work  have joined this company over the last 10 years and no redundancies, or job losses have been made throughout the 2008 recession or the Covid pandemic.
