Senior Receptionist
We are currently looking for an established Senior Receptionist to join our client and their extremely successful team in Barrow-In-Furness, Cumbria!
Working hours:
As a Senior Receptionist, you will be required to work full-time Monday – Friday
The successful Senior Receptionist will be offered:
- Up to a basic of up to £25,000
- Staff discount (after 6 months of service)
- Staff events
To be considered for the Senior Receptionist role you must have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with proven leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service
As a Senior Receptionist, your role will involve:
- Serving as a mentor and role model for our reception team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Overseeing daily operations at the front desk, including managing appointments, handling inquiries, and coordinating administrative tasks.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Taking the lead in resolving any customer concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Implementing best practices and procedures to optimise efficiency and enhance customer experience
- Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration
