Our client, an independent estate agency based in Prime Central London, is currently looking to recruit an experienced, Independent Senior Sales Negotiator with track record listing experience to join their sales team.

Duties/Functions of the role:

  • Welcoming and registering new potential buyers/ vendors
  • Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings online and in person.
  • Taking viewing feedback and providing it to vendors in order to better market the property.
  • Taking, qualifying and negotiating offers to ensure the best result for all parties in the sale process
  • Conducting valuations and bringing on properties
  • Establishing relationships with the local area in order to generate valuation opportunities for new business.
  • Completing the relevant paperwork.
  • Supporting senior team members within the sales department.
  • Conducting call outs.

Requirements of the role:

  • Experience in Central London
  • Listing experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • A independent self starter
  • Over 3 years experience

Salary Budgets: £28-£30K Basic, £80-£100K OTE

Required Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am- 6pm 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am-4pm
Hours- 9-6 Monday to Friday, Weekends via appointment
