We are currently looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client and their extremely successful team in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria!

Working hours:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work full time with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have:

  • Experience in property sales? 
  • No license is required!
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal? 
  • The ability to meet deadlines.? 
  • Good organisation and time management? 
  • Personable
  • Great customer service

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries.
  • Book viewings using the company’s system.
  • Generate offers.
  • Generate new business by booking valuation appointments.
  • Manage and maintain daily all administrative systems and procedures
  • Liaise with clients and solicitors as appropriate to deliver excellent customer service.
