Talent Guardian is partnering with a client in search of a Senior Sales Negotiator!
Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for real estate? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building lasting relationships?

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Talent Guardian's client by assisting clients through every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers.

  • Working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm

What the client is looking for:
  • Proven sales experience 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Commission structure:
10% commission on anything you sell you instructed
5% commission on anything you sell the Director instructed
£1000 bonus for every £50k of exchanges (as an office)
£50 per solicitor referral (very easy to sell)
Realistically OTE of £50k
