SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR. HORLEY. UP TO £45,000

What’s the role?

I’m working closely with an award winning family Independent Estate Agency at their Horley branch (several branches). The opportunity is for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of their most successful branches. The role is primarily selling houses with responsibilities including registering applicants, arranging viewings, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and stewarding the sale to completion.

Requirements for the Role of Senior Estate Agent in Horley

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
  • Identify key requirements and match these to our property portfolio
  • Polite and confident telephone manner, describing properties in detail
  • Good time management
  • Provide consistent feedback
  • Good sense of humour
  • Attend property viewings with prospective buyers
