My client is a boutique digital agenc seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join their team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve their clients' online visibility and drive organic traffic to their websites. You will work closely with their clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored SEO campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for each client's target audience.
• Perform on-page and off-page optimization to improve website ranking and visibility on search engines.
• Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement link building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for optimization.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
