Paying up to £24,500 + Car Parking + Benefits - Based in Oldham, North Manchester our client is a successful engineering business that are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their expanding service team.  

THE JOB

Reporting to the Service Manager, as Service Administrator you will support the service team by effectively managing their customers and engineers.

As Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring service-related tasks and processes are completed on time
  • Assisting the service team members whenever necessary
  • Ensuring information is updated and work is completed on time
  • Handling customer enquiries to completion
  • Ensuring communication within the team is conducted in a timely and professional manner

THE PERSON

The ideal Service Administrator will have some customer service and administration experience and will have excellent people skills. A professional and friendly approach is essential as you will be expected to deliver an excellent level of customer service at all times. You will need to be able to work to your own initiative and at times at some pace therefore, you must be a robust character that is highly organised, able to multitask and confident at problem solving. You will need to be reactive to change and have a flexible approach to all that you do.
