The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a valued client of ours at their state-of-the-art prestigious brand dealership in Hindhead. Due to a team growth project, our client is looking for a candidate with current or previous motor trade aftersales experience who can hit the ground running! Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

As a Service Advisor you will act as the primary liaison for dealership visitors.

Listen carefully to customer inquiries and accurately determine their vehicle service needs.

Offer service recommendations based on customer feedback and vehicle history.

Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.

Oversee the vehicle intake process, recording condition, mileage, and customer concerns.

Recommend additional services or products according to vehicle needs or manufacturer guidelines.

Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle's service.

Handle warranty claims and complete necessary paperwork for eligible repairs.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £28,000 - £33,500 (experience dependent) + Bonus of up to £1,000 per month!! (£40,000 Salary Package!)

Monday to Friday hours [8:00am - 6:00pm] + (1-in-4) Saturdays!!
