As our Service Engineer you will be based at our QHE head office in Coventry and will work to support our clients, servicing and maintaining the equipment as part of service agreements. A key role to ensure we continue to exceed customer expectations.

What will you do?

  • Scheduled servicing of manual and automated plants at our client works including; cleaning, inspection and testing as per our standard procedures
  • Complete detailed survey of plant/machines at client sites, detailing faults and requirements for repairs
  • Maintenance and repair of manual and automated plant at our client works
  • Installations of manual and automated plant at our client works
  • System testing and commissioning
  • Generate detailed material list for service, maintenance and installation works
  • Completion of detailed service reports and job related documentation
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.
  • Promote company and services during interaction with the client.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years in a similar role in the customer technical service area and/or experience installing large capital equipment products.
  • Knowledge of any of the following or related systems : pneumatics, heating, cooling, control systems pumping systems, process valves, instrumentation or steam heating systems.
  • PLC’s, HMI and SCADA systems experience
