Our well-established Dorking based client is a manufacturer of industrial equipment - they are currently looking to recruit a Service Support Administrator to support the sales & service team with timely and efficient administration. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organisational skills and ideally have an understanding of SAP (although full training will be given).

The Service Support Administrator duties include:

  • Effectively deal with key account service enquiries, advising and actioning accordingly. Taking ownership of the problem from start to finish as the main point of contact for customers
  • Carry out admin tasks as required for the benefit of the key account operation. Timely closure of jobs on schedule board to support data for KPI reporting
  • Completion of UK Service repair invoicing
  • Completion or UK contract invoicing
  • Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the company

Person essentials:

  • Administration experience
  • Great telephone manner and communicator at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise workloads with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience working in a fast-moving sales and/or customer service environment
  • Be pro-active with a can do attitude
  • Well organised, diligent and works well under pressure, and can be flexible with workloads when needed
  • This is a permanent position based in Dorking working 37.5 hours per week - 8.30 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid lunch break of 60 minutes each day at a time to be advised by your Line Manager.
