ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Henderson Scott are proudly working in partnership with a SerivceNow Elite partner throughout the UK.

Due to the growth of the business, we are supporting to find a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant at their office in Warwickshire on a full time permanent basis.

Please note - due to the nature of the projects, up to 3 days on site is a requirement and must have full right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)

The Role:

  • Understand and implement ServiceNow platform architecture solutions.
  • Working on multiple implementation projects within ITSM.
  • Collaborate with architects and clients to define technical requirements.
  • Develop designs aligned with requirements.
  • Review requirements for accurate estimation and resolve application issues.
  • Conduct sprint activities and prioritise tasks.
  • Translate requirements into user stories.
  • Provide solutions for issues and report status to the Project Manager.
  • Manage risks and ensure high-quality deployment.
  • Identify improvement opportunities.

About You:

  • Experience working with multiple Servicenow modules.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS - ITSM, ITILv3 advantageous)
  • ITIL process definition and integration solutions knowledge.
  • Experience leading ITSM implementation projects and ServiceNow life-cycle implementations.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, ITSM migrations, upgrades, and integration with third-party tools.
  • Strong ITIL process knowledge and ability to align with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Strong team management skills and highly organised.
