Job Title: Site Manager - Cladding Remediation

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead and manage cladding remediation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision, coordination, and leadership to subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in cladding remediation techniques, including the removal and replacement of flammable cladding materials, to effectively troubleshoot and address challenges as they arise.
  4. Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
  5. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and transparent communication to manage expectations and address concerns promptly.
  6. Team Development: Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, site documentation, and safety records, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in site management, with a focus on cladding remediation projects. Previous experience within brickwork construction is highly desirable.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of cladding remediation techniques, including the removal and replacement of flammable cladding materials. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to identify, analyse, and solve complex problems in a dynamic construction environment, demonstrating sound judgement and decision-making skills.
  6. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  7. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, and SMSTS
  8. Safety Focus: Commitment to safety excellence with a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.
