The Site Manager Role- Direct site operations for luxury residential builds ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Manage subcontractors and on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their specifications are met meticulously.
- Proven track record managing high-end residential projects.
- Strong leadership skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
In Return:
- £45,000 - £55,000
