We are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to join our Retrofit Team in Westminster, on a full time, permanent basis.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team for a retrofit project focused on social housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring the successful execution of the retrofit project.

You will oversee the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards and safety protocols. Leading and motivating on-site teams, to include sub-contractors and labourers, to achieve goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment, whilst conducting regular toolbox talks and safety meetings to reinforce safety practices.

About You

If you’re a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in site supervision for retrofit projects, and passionate about contributing to social housing initiatives, we’d encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. You must hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
