I am currently collaborating with a prestigious, Top 100 Law Firm that is highly ranked  in the Legal 500. I am looking to speak with a Residential Conveyancing Solicitors (circa 2-3 years PQE) to join this great firm in newly created roles their Real Estate Residential department based in Manchester.
 
The ideal candidates will showcase a proven track record in proficiently managing a diverse caseload, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, and remortgages. We are in pursuit of commercially astute individuals eager to foster and expand their practice within a supportive professional environment.
 
In return for your expertise, you'll integrate seamlessly into a dynamic, closely-knit team committed to advancing and refining their service offerings. We extend the opportunity for hybrid working (1 day per week), fostering a healthy work-life balance.
 
Person Specification:
  • Qualified Solicitor (circa 2-3 years PQE).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing residential conveyancing matters from inception to closure.
  • Strong organizational acumen for effective caseload management.
  • Exceptional communication skills to cultivate robust professional relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a strategic outlook.
  • Collaborative team player.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring impeccable service delivery to clients and introducers.
  • Diligent review of title documentation, contract paperwork, mortgage offers, and search results, providing comprehensive reports to clients.
  • Timely raising and addressing of enquiries.
  • Resolution of complex queries.
  • Accurate preparation of financial statements.
  • Facilitation of exchange of contracts and completions.
  • Scrutinizing clients' source of funds.
  • Timely response to requests for updates.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date case management records.
  • Proactive risk assessment and issue resolution.
  • Primary oversight of purchase files.
