Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team of retail professionals
• Managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service
• Driving retail sales and achieving revenue targets
• Providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitoring store performance and implementing strategies for improvement

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent in the retail industry
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding performance targets
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Business-oriented mindset with a passion for the fashion industry
