Supervising Corporate (Public Markets) Associate
Join one of the UK's leading corporate teams, operating across their network of offices in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
The firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate at the Supervising Associate level (4-7 PQE) to join their growing team within the public markets team.
About the Team
- Their expertise spans various sectors, including financial institutions, asset management & investment funds, health care and life sciences, TMT, fintech, and energy, natural resources, and infrastructure.
- The UK Corporate team have an ambitious growth strategy aimed at delivering premium services to clients while building a next-generation law firm.
Candidate Requirements:
- Significant UK ECM, public M&A, and general corporate finance experience from a leading UK Corporate practice.
- Positive outlook, strong energy, and a drive to seize opportunities within Public Markets.
- Intellectual curiosity, commitment to service excellence, responsiveness, and exceeding expectations.
This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging, high-value corporate transactions involving listed companies, often with international elements.
