Supply Chain / Account Manager
Excellent opportunity working with an FMCG company based in Uxbridge
The Role
Responsible for supporting and delivering exceptional customer service for assigned portfolio of accounts for EMEA customers and distributors. Executes assigned project tasks. Coordinates customer service activities while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintains a good working relationship with 3PL’s, 3rd party bottlers in multiple countries(France/Germany/UK) and Global Supply Chain to support flow of information relating to customer’s orders
- Provide regular reports and information to external and internal parties on order supply, and shipping updates
- Processes routine to complex customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products
- Executes the direct ship order process from multiple warehouses in line with predefined customer service processes, controls and metrics.
- Resolves customer queries by responding efficiently and effectively utilizing information and software available
- Works with third party operators and suppliers to anticipate and react to customer demands and needs
- Identifies gaps in SAP Master Data
- Manages Performance Indicators for assigned accounts, performing root cause analysis, identifying and implementing corrective action Monitors market and category trends
- Develops and maintains a complete understanding of the customer's products and operation
- Leverages internal systems for research, reporting and information sharing such as customer historical purchases and product sales analysis
- Proactively maintains an ongoing relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Supply Chain or Account Management
- SAP Order to Cash workflow.
- European language ability (Polish/German) - not essential
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
