Supply Chain Co-ordinator
£26,000 - £30,000
Office Based Monday - Friday

  • Experience of import and export documentation, in mainland Europe and Southeast Asia
  • Coordinate freight booking and tracking for timely deliveries.
  • Transport bookings with a network of hauliers, both groupage and full trailer loads.
  • Goods receipting all deliveries within a Sage 200 system.
  • Stock reconciliations of storage locations, to ensure accurate data management.
  • Liaising with global service providers.
  • Provide feedback to commercial teams relating to delivery schedules.
  • Running daily inventory reports.
  • Maintain and update price lists both in Sage 200 and customer facing, ensuring accuracy.
  • Develop and apply product knowledge for effective customer support.
  • Uploading PO's, delivery notes and invoices on to the internal system. - Sourcing and liaising directly with UK and EU suppliers for pricing and quotations
  • Bonded Warehouse experience
  • HMRC knowledge

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator will include:

  • Strong analytical, process, planning and organisational skills.
  • Able to react quickly to tasks and work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Shoulders responsibility and takes ownership with excellent numeracy and grammatical skills.
  • Experienced in MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player and proactive to manage own time affectively.
  • Experience working with Sage 200 Professional
  • A full driving licence.
