We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Supply Teachers to join our team, providing high-quality teaching support to various primary schools in the Cambridge area. This role is ideal for those who are looking for flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact across multiple educational settings.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across different primary year groups.
  • Adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of individual classes.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Providing feedback on student performance to permanent staff.
  • Working in partnership with teaching assistants and other staff members.
  • Ensuring the continuity of education for pupils during the absence of their regular teacher.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching at primary level.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new environments and school policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
