This is a perfect opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to significantly develop their career in a well-established, successful and market leading organisation offering accredited sustainability and compliance services within the Built Environment and Specialist Access sectors in the UK.
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will:
- Have a degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
- Have IESVE experience
- Have experience in Part O and Part L
- Be a qualified NDEA (desirable)
- Have a strong understand of Building regulations
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- DSM/SBEM (BRUKL) Part L compliance calculations and reports
- IES DSM Models to produce outputs for TM59 compliance reports
- Production of reports to compare alternative design solutions for both new and retrofit projects
- Assisting clients with achieving zero carbon/general ESG objectives
- Delivering necessary level of billable work on a monthly basis
- Assisting clients' understanding of the regulatory understanding of AD Part L, Part F and Part O
