Sustainability Engineer - Birmingham

My client is a growing building services consultancy who have strong MEP knowledge and services that they provide to various clients across a range of sectors. They are currently on the lookout for an Energy Consultant to join and help grow their new offices in Birmingham.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out non-domestic EPC's via SBEM and Design Building modelling software
  • Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
  • Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
  • Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency

Requirements for this role will include:

  • NDEA Level 4 accreditation with Level 5 being desirable
  • Relevant experience within a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor or sustainability engineering role
  • IES-VE and Design Builder software experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Full UK Driving License
