Swimming Coach
Location: Wandsworth, SW18
Payscale: £90-£100
Working hours: 1 day a week
Start Date: ASAP

LTF Recruitment are currently collaborating with a primary school, and we are looking for a part-time swimming coach, we are looking for an enthusiastic Swimming Coach to lead engaging swimming sessions for primary school children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming instruction, a passion for working with children, and the ability to create a supportive and fun learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons that cater to students of varying skill levels and abilities.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their swimming skills.
  • Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and maintaining a vigilant presence during lessons.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students regarding lesson schedules, progress, and any relevant concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a swimming instructor or coach, preferably working with children.
  • Recognised swimming coaching qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and promoting physical activity and water safety.

Schedule:

  • Part-time position, 1 day a week.
