Syndication and Corporate Lending Officer
Working for a well established international bank, you will be responsible for preparing credit facility proposals to the Bank's relevant approval authority and managing a designated account portfolio to monitor the overall credit risks

The candidate -
Good bank credit and marketing experience gained in a financial services organisation.
The ability to analyse data, information and write credit proposals.
Knowledge of LMA documentation.
Familiar with loan syndication and UK property markets.
Proficient in Moody's Analytics, S&P Capital IQ and/or Bloomberg an advantage.
Responsibilities
- To perform analysis on new and existing clients relating to business, industry, strategy and financials (including financial projections);
- To monitor and control a designated account's irregular performance in accordance to the bank's guidelines;
- To write and submit credit proposals and related reports (including status reports and credit reviews) for risk assessment/control in a timely manner;
- To review finance documents to ensure alignment in terms between credit approval and legal documents;
- To coordinate loan documentation and facility drawdown with all concerned parties
- To assist the Business Manager to develop new business opportunities;
- To monitor and control a designated account portfolio for managing the overall credit risks
