Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating closely with teachers to plan and prepare lessons that cater to individual student requirements.
  2. Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
  3. Providing one-on-one support to students with intimate care, physiotherapy, and feeding needs.
  4. Implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
