Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Hammersmith

Job type: Long-term, temporary

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4pm

Start date: ASAP

End date: July 2024

Pay: £85 - £100 per day

Are you a graduate looking for a full-time, long-term role in a primary school?

Tradewind have partnered up with a fantastic 2 form entry primary school based in Hammersmith and Fulham. This "Good" Ofsted rated school are seeking a talented Graduate to join their team and provide Classroom Support to a KS2 class. The school are looking for someone with a genuine desire to progress in Education and a love of working with children!

About the role:

  • Provide classroom support to a KS2 class including SATS support
  • Provide assistance to the Classroom Teacher
  • Work 1:1 and in groups when needed
  • Lead intervention groups for low ability pupils
  • Create an exciting learning environment

Requirements:

  • Ideally a Graduate, but we will welcome those with Teaching Assistant experience
  • Confident supporting upper KS2 pupils
  • Keen to progress in Education
  • Must be available immediately, Monday - Friday and on a long-term basis

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.

You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
