Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Nuneaton and Bedworth
Employment Type: Full-Time, Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support young learners in a primary school setting?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Nuneaton and Bedworth as soon as possible.

Key Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
Experience working in a primary classroom supporting Key Stage 1 (KS1)
Ability to provide general classroom support, including assisting the teacher with planning and delivering lessons
Willingness to work on a one-to-one basis with students as required
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Assist with the planning and preparation of resources to support learning activities
Work with individuals and small groups of students to provide targeted intervention and support
Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of students
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
