The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Assist students with their learning, offering guidance and encouragement as they tackle new challenges.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported and valued.
  • Work closely with colleagues to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the overall success and well-being of our school community.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
