Tradewind Recruitment is actively searching for a dedicated and experienced One-to-One Support Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Warrington This is a full-time position, with the responsibility of providing support to a child in Key Stage 3 who has specific learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Offer one-to-one assistance to a student in Key Stage 3. Tailor support to address individual learning needs. Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to implement effective strategies. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assist in the development of the student's social and academic skills.Requirements: Proven experience as a One-to-One Support Assistant. Commitment to a full-time position. Passion for supporting children with autism and ADHD. Ability to adapt and implement strategies to meet the unique needs of the student.
