Our client, a prestigious IP firm renowned for its excellence and commitment to innovation, is currently seeking a talented Patent Administrator to join the dynamic team. With a minimum of 1 year of experience, this role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the firm's success.

As a Patent Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of Patent Attorneys and Agents in all aspects of patent administration. From managing patent portfolios to assisting with filings and deadlines, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IP practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing patent prosecution dockets and deadlines
  • Assisting with the preparation and filing of patent applications, responses, and other related documents
  • Conducting patent searches and assisting with patentability assessments
  • Communicating with clients, patent offices, and other stakeholders
  • Providing general administrative support to the IP team as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in patent administration or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
