We are assisting a leading firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys with their search for a Trade Mark Formalities/Records Administrator to join their team in London on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful individual should hold at least 1 years’ experience within an Trade Mark or Patent formalities / records position and have a good educational background. Excellent IT skills are a must, along with accurate and high attention to detail and sound communication skills.

The main duties of this role will be to support the Trade Mark team with all administrative duties including: Filing documents, monitoring and updating IP databases and dealing with registrations plus more! This is a varied role, with lots of scope for development and growth! An attractive salary awaits plus the firm offer a nice hybrid working arrangement for the successful candidate.
