Trainee Laminator - SY
Our client, a leading player in the marine industry, is currently seeking a Trainee Laminator to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in composites and a strong desire to develop their skills and knowledge within the marine sector.
- Assisting with the preparation of materials for lamination
- Learning and applying proper lamination techniques
- Assisting with the production of high-quality composite components
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Taking part in ongoing training and development activities
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Prior experience in composite laminating is desirable but not essential
- A genuine interest in composites and the marine industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
