A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client, an independent Estate Agent, as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in their branch in the Diss area.

The successful individual will be enthusiastic and energetic with fantastic communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. You must have a full UK driving licence and previous experience in a KPI-driven environment.

My client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

  • Up to £20,000 basic
  • £28,000 OTE
  • Ongoing training & support
  • Career progression
  • Bonuses/incentives

To be considered for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience within a KPI-driven sales environment  
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ambitious and highly driven
  • Strong IT skills
  • A team player
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal 

Key tasks for the Trainee Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Answering the telephones, professionally and politely.
  • Qualifying applicants to company standards, Arranging viewings, Booking valuations
  • Following up on viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
  • Negotiating offers
  • Undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers
